Dear fellow translators, can anyone tell me how can I edit the list of 5 target languages I have once selected by the first download of Trados Studio 2014? Thank you very much!

You should "repair" the programme. You can do this from the Control panel, as if you are trying to uninstall Studio. But once you click on it, there is a button saying 'Repair'. This way, after the repair is finished, the installation wizard will start and you'll be prompted to select the 5 languages anew.
