Workbench: can not exit full screen mode

Yesterday I was working in TagEditor and TW suddenly changed its mode to full screen. Clicking this "two small windows" sign, which should minimize the window, simply closes the window to task bar.
Have I changed something in options?
I need to use it "pin on top", and it's impossible with the full screen mode.

You may need to edit the Window registry May 4, 2005
