"Resetting" my Trados licences?

It looks like one of my Trados licences was activated on a laptop that was formatted, so now I can't deactivate it from inside the software. Does anyone know how I could use my licence again?

Hi Alain,
Licensing and installation are handled by by SDL, irrespective of whether you have a support subscription or not. They will reset your license, which will become visible in your product line as an available extra activation.
I had the same problem a short while ago and the issue was resolved quite promptly.
