How long it takes, normally, for SDL PlugIns signing process ?

I have sent a mail to SDL for PlugIns signing today 5 AM (London time).
Until now (4 PM London time), I do not have their reply.

Is it normal ?
I think, it should be processd a little bit faster.

There are many users who is asking, wanting and yearning SDL to fix minor bugs/improvements.
But, the SDL simply saying 'post it as an Ideas' and gives no time table at all.

So, I, as one of the user, made a simple and no harm remedy(remedies).
-You're saying me 'developers' ? No, I'm an user.

You do not want to post it.
You choose to wait.
OK, I will not post it.

But, I'm not going to wait and see.
I can figure it out easily, how many words do I have to translate when I typing.
That's amazing, with SDL Trados Studio you CAN_NOT figure it out correctly.
SDL has normal word counting bug and has blindness about (unneeded) locked segments.
On the contrary, my remedy fixed both problems, permanently.

If you want my remedy I can tell you and give it to you for free of charge and for sure, just let me know.
That is all I want to say here.

-get things done, get things better.
-as users, as customers.

For the SDL signing, you do not needed the 'developers', the customer service process it.
And at there (SDL community), you have to wait at least one or two months to see the SDL 'developers'.

The SDL customer service officially confirmed me that SDL has no duty to answer any of users 'technical' questions, legally.
That's amazing. That's quite different behavior from other companies. So, I've decided to shut up both technically and legally.

In case you develop plugins to existing software you are a developer.


You do not want to post it.


I have just asked you to proceed in according with normal procedures so that your add-ons or plugins would not make harm to users. You are free to post anything at your own website where people could download at their own risk.
