Evening all,

Having just installed Studio 2017, first package opened fine but if I try to save the target file I get an error message:

Echec de l'enregistrement du contenu cible: L'accès au chemin d'accès
C:\Users\[user name]\Documents..... [ending with the file name] est refusé.

In other words access to the pathway is refused.

The only obvious thing I thought of was that this being a French computer in France I don't have "Users" but "Utilisateurs". ie C:\Utilisateurs\[user name]\Documents.... Could this be the problem? If so how do I change the pathway that Studio wants to use?

Seems strange tho' considering Studio has been set up in French.

Any suggestions much appreciated, it's been a long and frustrating day...

Thanks
Jane

Having downloaded an up-date the problem appears to have disappeared... fingers crossed!
