Trados 2015 FR>EN time autosubstitution - any way to make it read decimals as numbers and not times?

For some reason my FR source is using English-style decimals in the numerical data rather than the usual French commas. Trados wants to localize them all to times in English and I want to be able to place them as is. Is there any fix?
