Hi, I just encountered a serious problem with the "Editor" section of 2017 SDL Trados.
I simply can't open any file for translation. When I open the file, the "Editor" section only display one segment and it doesn't even allow me to edit.
Attached is the screen shot.
I have many urgent projects. Could you please help?
I did reinstall and restart the laptop many times.

Thank you Jun 29

Hi Giovanni, I was able to solve my issue after 5 hours searching tirelessly online.
Upon choosing View/Reset Window Layout, my "Editor" section went back to normal.

Thank you very much for you help! Yes, I found the answer via SDL Support Community.
