Good evening,

Because of technical issues, I had to remove all apps and programs from my laptop, included Trados 2014, I have the SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance - Single-user License.

No-one here can help you. You should post your request on SDL's own forums, here.

I suspect the "Request License Reset" button here (after you've logged in here) may also be useful to click.
