Hi All.
I'm working as a manager from E-Global, S. Korea. Today, I've got an issue with the SDL Trados translation memory update on SDL Trados Studio 2019.
Using the TM, I pre-translated the source file from the client. The file format is XML, and most of sources are translated using the TUs in TM. And some segments should be adjusted, so I did and went to finalize step.
After the step, I checked the TM once again, and found some segments aren't updated to the TM correctly. Please see the image below as a reference.
When I see the segments in the sdlxliff file, I found that there's 98% match. As the segment (in the reference image, the segment is segment no. 1464) should not be translated, Therefore, I just copied source to the target and confirmed to update the TM.
However, anything won't happened and the TU wasn't updated to the TM.
I tried google to find any solutions, but can't find any articles. That's why I'm writing this and hope anyone can kindly advise on this issue.
