I think the picture speaks for itself.
How is this possible?
I bought a new Trados 2019 to encounter zillion of problems!

- the files are PDFs
- they are translatable
- why won't it create project??

How do you know they are translatable? Dec 4, 2018

Can you select and edit the text in the source file? Also, check that the PDF files are not protected.

they're not protected and the same happens with Word files.
