Please help, need to reset Window layout

I tried to hit Cntrl + F but somehow I managed to mix up my layout in Studio. Now I see only the ribbon above and one big window, either the editor or the file view. As usually the help-function is of no help. I tried F11, but nothing happens.

In the "View" tab?
