Can't view text preview in Trados 2019 preview pane
Thread poster: Luke Hubbard

When I try and view the translation in the preview pane on Trados 2019 it says the following:
'Microsoft Office 2007 or late must be installed to view preview files.'
Late last year I subscribed to Microsoft Office 365 so I know I have a recent version of Word etc. The only way I can preview it is selecting the down arrow on the view section within the preview panel and selecting 'Microsoft Word' and it opens a Word document for me. I don't get an option of 'Real-time preview' either. However, I'd like to be able to preview it within Trados.
Any ideas on how to sort this?
