Source language disappeared in my document (Trados 6.5)

I am using Word 2003, which I have recently installed (and probably this is part of the problem...) and there's two weird things happening:
1) I can't have source and target languages in different colours (even though I set them up in Tools)
2) Now I don't even have a source language to change colour to... It just disappeared!
Any suggestions? Does anyone know if this is due to Word 2003?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you've somehow just hidden it (in error).
I'm using the Portuguese version of Office XP, so bear with me....
Go to tools, options, and then the view tab in Word and see if the "hidden text" box (under formatting marks) is checked, if so uncheck it and you should get your source text back.
As for the colours - not sure.
Good luck Debbie

About the colours

It was just that, as I didn't see the source language, I only saw the colour of the target language, but now it's fine.
Thanks again!
