How to remove/change keyboard shortcut in TagEditor tag toolbar

Hello,
I have the following problem. When translating into Polish, I have to use Alt key in order to write Polish special characters. Working in TagEditor I noticed that two tag keyboard shortcuts are very similar to those used for writing Polish special characters: Alt+e and Alt+c. And my question is: is it possible to remove/change this keyboard shortcut in TagEditor? Thank you in advance for any help.
