Word files for Trados TM creation

Dear All,
does anyone know if it's possible to create Trados TM out of several source and target Word files? And how to do this? (I'm using Trados 6.5) I've tried to import those documents converted to .txt files but it didn't work. Would be very greatful for all your help.

WinAlign should do it Nov 29, 2005

But I guess you might have to work a bit on the TM afterwards to make sure everything is okay.
