Hi,

How do I separate sentences out of a segment? I know there is a key combination I can use, but I've forgotten it.

Is there somewhere in the help files where all the key vcombinations are mentioned?

Many thanks for your help.

The keyboard shortcuts you can use should be right there in your Trados menu in Word. Open the drop-down Trados menu and they ought to be there in the list at the right hand side.

Hi,

This happened to me and I found out that the problem was actually a missing empty space after the full stop. You may want to try and update your document by adding spaces after some punctuation marks and try again (either with the mentionned shortcut or with Trados->shrink segment.
