I need to make Trados to ignore Software commands- they all are inbetween ^, like ^%D.3.SLITTER.1^. I'm sure I saw such advice somewhere, but can not find it any more...

If it's a Word document maybe the easiest way is to apply the style tw4winExternal, by activating the macro sAddTagStyles. And then make a search-replace in Word, using wildcards for everything between the ^-chars.

If you search here on the forum you'll find good advice how to do that!
