I have Trados 6,5 and I have to translate 3 .NET RESX files.
I opened TagEditor and it says that I need a DTD file that I don't have. Can I create this kind of file and how do I do this.

Is the DTD file or the the INI file missing?

asks for the DTD file, maybe if I had the ini file, TagEditor wouldn't ask for the DTD file.

I'm lost
