I am using SDL TRADOS Translator's Workbench 7.1.0.719 - (Build 719) and MultiTerm 7.0.2.327 - (Build 327), with Windows XP Home Edition and Service Pack 2

When I run Translator's Workbench and open the Term Recognition Options dialog box from the Options tab, I can not select Multiterm 7 in the terminology provider preferences.

I receive the error message:

"The selected Term Information Provider returned the following error:
(-2147467259): Belirtilmemiş hata ("undefined error" or "unknown error")"

Has anyone else ever encountered such something?

I need urgent help!
