Great stuff, Vito!
I'm also impressed by the tools you use - Camtasia has been used by Deutsche Börse Group to demonstrate how to use their electronic trading platforms, for example.

it must have taken ages to plan because it all looks so simple!
Perhaps Proz could create a forum for such "how to's" that would encourage others to contribute and to facilitate accessing this material
