Hi, I am using Trados 2007 Professional Trial with Word 2007 under Vista. When I press Alt +[+] (Set/Close Open/Get), Translator's workbench prompts: "Subsegment not found". Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.

and talisma.sdl.com (the new support page) does not contain any information abou a subsegment. I must also admit, that I dont remember what was in the old article... What is your exact problem description, including SDL Trados and other involved software versions? Maybe we can find help without the KB then... BR Jerzy
Well, basically exactly what it says in the original post, Alt + + (Set close next open get) and Alt + * (Translate to fuzzy) don't work and give me the "Subsegment not found". This is for all documents, even if all they contains is one word, it's for Word and TE. It started after the upgrade to SDL Trados 2007 - I use Pro, but that shouldn't really matter. All that on Windows XP and Office 2007, which may also be the source of the issue. Any idea?

Please copy the Trados8.dotm template from SDL Trados installation folder to Word startup folder (not Office startup folder) and remove there any older templates from Trados (ie. Trados8.dot) - Word 2007 sees and loads both. When both are loaded, no one of them will work. And also it will not work, when the template is not in Word startup folder. I hope this helps a bit BR Jerzy
Thanks

The link works for me, thanks! I still don't understand what the problem with Word is? Why can't the old shortcut be allocated?
