When translating in Workbench 184.108.40.2069 from English into Polish, spelling of target language doesn't change automatically, i.e when translating into Polish I have English spelling and I have to change the language each time manually. Why it doesn't change automatically?

You should have told us how you are translating.
From your descripion I assume you translate in Word.
So then Word is responsible for spell checking. Word does automatically switch both spelling and keyboard to the desired language when set up properly.
InWord you just need to activate the automatic keyboard switching to document language (menu Tools / Options).
Set Polish as the language of your document in Word and everyhing will work as it should. Please refer to Word online help how to do so.
