MultiTerm Extract: phrasal verbs

Before I spend money on MultiTerm Extract 2007, can anybody tell me if the application can be 'trained' to identify and extract phrasal verbs... and - in particular - phrasal verbs with additional lexical items interpolated between the elements that make them up (e.g. to *roll* the steel *over*)...
