For some computer problems, I lost my license file for Trados 6.5 FL bought in 2004. I tried to connect to my (old) account but it seems it doens't exist anymore. How can I have my Trados again without buying the new version (SDL Trados2007) for more than 600 euro's?!?
Thanks for any suggest. Chiara

FL 6.5 used a dongle for authentication, right? Do you just need the dongle driver software? If so, do you have the USB dongle or the serial one?

Your best bet is to call or e-mail SDL Trados customer service.

AFAIK, you can just download the license file from your Trados Customer Center again as often as you like.

The address changed but your account exists Aug 10, 2007

Go to sdl.com and after the site loads go to the bottom of the page. There in small font should be the 'My Account' link (or some similar wording). Follow it and go to your account.
