I started translating files in SDL Edit 2007 today (part of a long-term project with many files of the same type) and noticed that for some reason, when I used the scrollbar to scroll down the target text, the source text didn't scroll down along with it; it stayed in place, and I had to scroll the target text separately. This is quite annoying. Before today, the source and target text both moved together when I scrolled down the latter.

There is no obvious reason why this should have changed: They are the same kind of files (HTML) as I have been translating for months, from the same project manager, and I have not consciously changed any SDL settings.

Can anyone help me restore the scrollbars to their previous functionality?

Thanks in advance.

Clic on the 14th icon from the left on the upper bar... Aug 29, 2007

... the one showing two rectangles ( = pages) with an arrow pointing down. This should solve your problem!

How simple! I must have pressed that button before by accident. Grazie, Mirella!

I had the same problem, and it almost drove me nuts. Thanks for the quite simple solution!icon_smile.gif
