Can't install 7.5 for two users on same notebook

I'm getting mad to install Trados 7.5 on my notebook. It either works for user A when I delete all registry entries and install when A is logged in. Or in B, when I do it in B. But never on both. Of course I mention during the installation that it should work for both users.

I don't have the problem with my desktop. Both work with XP.

do both users have equal account type, i.e. administrator, guest, limited?

Yes, both are administrators. It's also interesting that the registry works with user A when I installed there, but not with user B. There the program says that it can't access certain registry entries.
