Good evening,

I apologise if this is in the wrong forum. If it is, could a moderator please kindly move my post, thank you.

I was wondering what score needs to be achieved to pass the SDL Certification Exam. I know each level has 40 questions, but how many do you need to get right to pass the level?

I looked on the SDL site, searched these forums and googled it but to no avail, so I was hoping someone here might be able to put me out of my misery....

I just tried to take Level 1 'out of the blue', as I saw you get three attempts, and I achieved a score of 31 (out of 40 questions) and I failed. So I'd just like to know what the passmark is.

Thanks very much in advance.

I asked this question too, after I failed. Here is the thread, containing the answer:

Best of luck with the next attempt! I have not had a second go yet.
