TM doesn't appear to update automatically while using TagEditor

I'm translating a document but unless I use 'clean up' the TM doesn't appear to be automatically updating.

I am using the set/get command which according to the documentation is supposed to update both TM and document.

Am I doing something wrong?

TM updates as you translate Dec 2, 2007

Each time you use the 'set/close' command, your TM will be updated.

When working with TagEditor, there is no 'clean up' process as there is when you are working with Translator's Workbench and MS Word, for example.

Rest assured that your TM will be updating constantly as you work.

Best regards,
Paul
