How to add languages in the Word 2007 MultiTerm toolbar

I am learning to use Trados and wondering how to add such languages as Japanese to the Source or Target languge drop-down list on the Multiterm 2007 Toolbar in Word 2007.

I have already successfully added such languages to the detached SDL MultiTerm 2007 program.
