Have you ever worked with .mif files?
I think that they are produced by Framemaker, but I'm not sure about it. I've been asked to translate .mif files using Trados. Do you know if that file format is supported? If yes, I suppose by TagEditor, right?
Another thing is that I don't have Framemaker (or whatever software produces the .mif files). Would that be a problem for the translation project?
Thank you!

FrameMaker

Hi Eleni,
MIF stands for (Frame)Maker Interchange Format.
You can translate them with many CAT tools, and TagEditor is one of them. You don't need FrameMaker installed on your computer. You can find detailed information in File Formats Reference Guide.
