I would like any recommendations for software that combines accounting and administrative (communication management) features - nothing too sophisticated and very user-friendly.

I am currently evaluating demos of TO3000 and TOM. As these programs are specifically designed for translating businesses, they obviously seem to have features that translators would seem to benefit from.

Sage ACT! looks like a nice product. It seems to be a very heavy program and uses a lot of resources (I’m running it in a Windows VM on my iMac). Also, it appears to be more of a communication management tool that does not include any of the accounting functions.

I am soliciting any suggestions or tips as well as your personal experience with any software that fits the description above. I have gone through the forums and the vast majority of the posts relating to this topic are over five years old. Also, they reference versions of software that are quite old.

What do you use for these tasks?
