After evaluating WinLexic 30-day trial version, I finally decided to buy it a couple of weeks ago, taking advantage of the same promotional discount you mention.
I mainly use the program for browsing the Ja>En Microsoft glossaries and find it of great use.

I've been using WinLexic for quite a while now and certainly don't regret buying it. I use it for Microsoft's French to English glossaries, and I find that searches are quick and easy. Shame it wasn't half price when I bought it! Then again, even at full price, it wasn't very expensive.
Best,
Simon
