How to set Condition texts in FrameMaker file?

For Example:

1 Sentences: A BB cc

I want to hide BB (this two words), how should I do? How can I add conditional indicator?

I'm sorry, but if you don't know how to apply conditional text you shouldn't accept any FrameMaker jobs. This is one of the must-have basic skills of every FrameMaker DTP specialist.

Olaf is doubtless right, but if you google Framemaker + "conditional text" you will find a fair amount of information on this (I suppose you don't have a FrameMaker manual...), such as:
