PractiCount - No response from practiline

I have a problem with Practicount. I posted the same thing in
the different forum but I wanted to ask more people about this
matter.

I purchased ParctiCount 4/20 (2009). Today (4/30) I have not
received a serial number to activate the software.

I emailed to sales@practiline.com twice. No response.

They do not have their phone number on their website and
the number we can find on web is their fax number (as shown
in another forum).

I have absolutely no idea what to do.

Any suggestions, please?

The email cannot be delivered? May 2, 2009

I emailed to info@practiline.net.

but my email is not delivered.

It says:

Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:

info@practiline.net

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Is this company still in business?

I think Practiline is not operating anymore. So I recommend you guys not to buy Practicount .

I will try but probably I will never get my money back.

It is a pity though. I like the software. Does anyone know a wordcount software that is similar to Practicount ?
