I recently purchased and installed acrobat 9.2 but haven't used it that much.
I just got a project which the creator said was enabled, but when I tried to insert comments and use the tools, most of the tools menu didn't work. I also was unable to make comments. However, she said she'd enabled it. It was very strange.
At my end, i checked the document properties and it said comments were not enabled. Also, one of the signatures was 'invalid'. I was unable to find a solution in adobe's help file which is about the size of War and Peace. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm running it on Windows Vista home 64 bit on a dell laptop...
