How can I get a word count for all sticky notes in a PDF file?

Stumped on this one! I need to get a word count of just the text in the sticky notes in a pdf file.
I'm not interested in the text in the pdf itself, just the sticky notes.
I have Acrobat 9 Pro.
Any ideas?

I'm sure you can export them as a text/word/pdf Apr 18, 2011

Hi Rudi,

I don't have Pro 9 (I have an old version of 3D), but I bet you can export all the annotations or the ones you select onto a Word or text file, or even to a new pdf file. Then you can use any tool to count words.

any further ideas? I just stumbled on this subject as I would also like to know an effective tool that could help me counting only the words in the sticky notes. Any ideas?
