Kornitop 0.6.6.3


Kornitop is a clipboard application. It captures all the text content (and images) that you copy and saves it automatically. The saved content is searchable.

* Save views of the folders you have been working in using the Drop Zone

I don't really see the point of it Mar 26, 2007

It took me some time browsing round the website to find a place from which I could actually download it, but I found it in the end:

I've just been looking at it, but so far I don't see what use it would be to me.

I have a much simpler clipboard software which suits me better:

in which I can save up to 30 clips and paste any of them where I want.

Just tried the link from this post, but it only takes me to a page telling me I am not authorized to view the site. However, using the same link stored in my M8 Clipboard, I can get there.

I am sorry you had problems finding from where to download Kornitop. That tells me I have to improve the site to make it more accessible.
The second link was wrong in any case a mistake was made.

I use it a lot and so do some other people who have downloaded it. The main reason being that in Kornitop I can record an infinite number of clips.

I use it a lot and so do some other people who have downloaded it. The main reason being that in Kornitop I can record an infinite number of clips.
That's what we call the Journal function.

I find it very useful to keep track of several lines of work over weeks or months.
At any time if I need some clip I recorded 2 months ago I can search Kornitop for the term or terms find them and reuse them.
That is not something I can do with M8 Software for instance.

The other functions are more useful for developers but they do not get in the way.
