I've 114 powerpoint slides to translate and in the "comments" box the same words appear on every slide. Rather than retyping them each time, does anyone know how to "paste & copy" in all slides in one go? Powerpoint 2000.
help appreciated !
Thank you

CAT tools May 16, 2007

Hi Dianne,

Do you happen to have a CAT tool? Many of these tools have functions to translate Powerpoint files, and to auto-translate repeated segments (e.g. T-Windows for Powerpoint in Trados).

This should be an easy solution for your problem.

Good luck!

Ctrl+H should work. However, I agree with Stefanie's recommendation: using a CAT tool is very practical in texts with lots of repetitions.
