Cómo convertir un archivo Word para usar en Subtitle Workshop

¡Hola Colegas!
Tengo un archivo en Word con time code ya estipulado y necesito introducir los subtítulos en Subtitle Workshop.
Guardo el archivo de Word como .txt pero no me toma los subtítulos como debería al importarlo desde Subtitle Workshop. ¿Qué formato debería tener? En mi Word, se ve así:

1 10:01:08:10 10:01:12:16
It's raining outside.
Is that "makote"?

2 10:01:12:18 10:01:16:01
Matoke. We have matoke-

Según me dijeron, debería reemplazar el 10 con el que comienzan todos los timecodes por 00, pero así tampoco lo toma.
¿Alguna idea?

Abralo con Media Subtitler, grátis de http://www.divxland.org/subtitler.php , salvelo como SSA, ignore cualquier mensaje de error, y despues abralo en Subtitle Workshop.

Yo lo hago sempre, porque me gusta traducir video en el Windows Notepad, grabar en TXT, y después trabajar en Subtitle Workshop.

Tal vez estás traduciendo algo para hecho con Wincaps?

Yo lo convertiría en .sub que es un formato bastante semejante al tuyo y compatible con Subtitle Workshop.

Un archivo .sub es así:

0001 10:01:08:10 10:01:12:16 It's raining outside.

0002 10:01:12:18 10:01:16:01 Matoke. We have matoke-

0003 10:01:16:03 10:01:20:24 -and then we have

Un archivo .sub es así:

Entonces lo que debes hacer es: anadir algunos ceros a los números de subtítulo, anadir algunos espacios y quitar algunos saltos de línea. Todo esto se puede hacer con "Buscar y reemplazar" (?) en Word.

Lo explico en inglés porque me es más fácil y rápido:

1 Make sure there are no line-endig spaces anywhere:
Replace
" ^p" (I need to use quotes because of the dumb forum software that removes my space, don't put them in of course)
with
^p

2 Add extra spaces:
Open find and replace, click more/regular expressions.
Replace
(:[0-9][0-9]:[0-9][0-9]:[0-9][0-9])([ ^13])
with
\\1 \\2

3 add space, add zeros:
^13([0-9] )([0-9][0-9]:[0-9][0-9])
^p000\\1 \\2

(do the first line manually; "1 "-> "0001 ")

and
^13([0-9][0-9] )([0-9][0-9]:[0-9][0-9])
^p00\\1 \\2

and
^13([0-9][0-9][0-9] )([0-9][0-9]:[0-9][0-9])
^p0\\1 \\2

4 Remove line breaks, add space
([0-9]:[0-9][0-9] )^13
\\1

This should work. In case I messed it up somewhere it should be pretty obvious where. Copy and paste the commands to avoid typos and note the spaces at beginning and end of line. They are there for a reason;)

BTW [0-9] means any number, \\1 means paste the first section marked with () and ^p is a line break, while ^13 is the line break code to use on for regular expression searches.

In principle you could make a Word macro but I don't know how you can make sure it switches to regular expressions correctly.
If I had massive amounts of subtitle files to convert perhaps I would make a sed script or use some conversion utility (the danger of which is that they may mess up the character encoding).

Me toma el timecode como texto Sep 18, 2009

Colegas, para ambas opciones que me dieron, me toma el timecode como texto, como subtítulo y no lo introduce en las casillas "show"/"hide" ("inicio"/"fin").
Help!

¡Gracias a ambos! Finalmente pude. Cambié los 10 por 00 y desde el Block de Notas, lo guardé como .txt. Subtitle Workshop lo tomó así nomás.
