Saludos,

Lida

Poorly formatted Word file Oct 12, 2010

As many have mentioned, it has to do with a poorly formatted Word file. In most cases this has to do with a missing or misconfigured font.

To solve this, in Workbench, go to File > Setup > Fonts tab. Once there change the "Target default font" to a Unicode font like Arial Unicode MS. Also select "Translate into target default for all other fonts".

Hope this helps
