Estoy haciendo mi primera traducción jurídica y tengo algunas dudas de novata...
Cuando sale un nombre de algún organismo español, lo dejo tal cual con una aclaración o traducción entre paréntesis, por ejemplo:
ESCUELA OFICIAL DE IDIOMAS (SPANISH OFFICIAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL) o Dirección General de Centros Docentes (General Directorate of Educational Establishments)

Estoy haciendo mi primera traducción jurídica y tengo algunas dudas de novata...
Cuando sale un nombre de algún organismo español, lo dejo tal cual con una aclaración o traducción entre paréntesis, por ejemplo:

Mi duda es la siguiente... si vuelve a salir en el texto alguno de estos nombres propios, ¿hay que volver a poner la aclaración o es suficiente con la primera vez? Creo que es lo segundo, pero no estoy segura al 100%.

Normalmente así se hace. Sin embargo, puesto que se trata de un texto jurídico, si se trata de una personal moral litigante, opino que no deberías traducirlo, el nombre es como si fuera el de una persona física. Pero solo es mi opinión; pronto habrá alguien más experto, que te confirmará o desmentirá lo que digo.
