Hola a todos!
Tengo una duda: la ley que autoriza el tratamiento de los datos personales en España es la 15/1999?

Y en los demás paises de habla hispana?
Voy a enviar algunos CV en Latino América y no quiero equivocarme.

En la Argentina la protección de datos personales está regulada por la Ley de Habeas Data (Ley número 25326) que fue sancionada en el año 2000 ó 2001 y que tuve el placer de traducir a inglés. La legislación europea sirvió de base a la mayoría de las leyes que se sancionaron en muchos países de habla hispana.
