Tengo que cocinar por toda la familia en Nochebuena y me regalaron una botella de sherry dulce "Cardenal Cisneros" para acompañar el postre. Pero... a qué temperatura se sirve?

Hola:

Estoy de acuerdo con Cr, aunque yo lo prefiero entre los 16 y los 20 grados, como tope. Si sé que vamos a terminar la botella y está un pelín por arriba, no tengo empacho y lo refresco un toque en un cubo.

Un Cabrales con un PX Cardenal Cisneros suena bien, muy bien.
