Hola,



Me pregunto qué es sensato esperar de un PM. En realidad ¿en qué consiste su misión?



El problema concreto que tuve se ha solucionado tras llamada muy amable del PM que se sentía aliviado de que yo no hubiera discutido nada con los de contabilidad.



Pero me gustaría saber realmente cuáles son las funciones de un Project Manager.
