Hello,

I am looking for help. I know that the following sentence are "correct" but need accents, don't they ?

I don't speak spanish and the sentence have been translate by one of my family member, without the possiblity to insert the accent.

Is one of you willing to add them? It is not for a translation project but to thanks someone on our personal blog.... "muchas gracias", in advance.

Hi, I hope this helps (I don´t speak much French, so I´m basically trusting your translation):

Muchas gracias por el envío del tejido, es muy hermoso y el primero que viene de España.
Es un excelente idea la de haber hecho el voto en español y en inglés.
Son unos amores, mucho coraje en su espera también.

I´ve merged some of the sentences and removed the "little piece" part away, as it looks better without it to me (and whoever sent it knows the size of what they´ve sent, anyway).

Best,

Leo

It should read:
"Muchas gracias por el pequeño pedazo de tejido, es muy hermoso.

Ustedes son unos amores. Buen coraje en su espera también".
N.B.: "idea" is feminine.
I trust I've got this right.
If you want to know how to type Spanish vowels and n's with a tilde, this is how I do it, using the Alt key + a series of numbers on the number keypad (with the lock on):
á = Alt + 160
é = Alt + 130
í = Alt + 161
ó = Alt + 162
ú = Alt + 163
Ñ = Alt + 165
¡ = Alt + 173
¿ = Alt + 168
Best wishes,
Jenny

¿Para qué país es la traducción?

No me gusta mucho el uso del término "pedazo."

international keyboard driver Feb 6, 2008

if you're using windows there is a very nice solution.

Install this:

http://www.robinski.org/files/polski_miedzynarodowy_1_3.zip

Installation instructions:
http://www.robinski.org/portfolio/polski-miedzynarodowy/jak-zainstalowac/

and then, chose the Polish_International keyboard - the setting of Polish keybard is the same as that of the standard US keyboard.
Then to get accents like á é í do the following:
1. press rightALt and / (slash)
2. release
3. press a e i etc.

Have fun.

to get a circumflex press rightAlt and ' (single quote)
more combinations:

Hello

As you may have noted it, I do not speak Spanish. That's why I haven't been able to add accent, where they were needed.... I knew the shortcut etc, but their places in the sentences were missing.

Anyway, many thanks. I will simply do a copied/pasted into my blog....

Best regards
Olivier
