Hi all, does anyone out there have experience or knowledge of how to export the voice files from one computer to another??. Thanks in advance, Ward

Not sure Feb 17, 2010

but under the "naturally speaking" tab (top left) there is an entry "manage users" which contains a further entry "advanced" which then allows you to "export" your user files. Perhaps you can send it to a USB which you plug into your second computer. You can probably then start up dragon on your second computer and use the same process to "import". (This of course is just guessing, but it looks OK - let us know if it works!)

Directory does not exist! Nov 6, 2010

Hello

I've just tried to do this, migrating from XP to Windows 7, DNS 9.5.

The "Users" directory doesn't exist in the Win7 version, and the "import" feature refuses to recognise any DNS files in any of the directories copied from the location in XP.

Under Nuance\NaturallySpeaking9\ I have:

Ereg
Help
Program
Tutorial

Any suggestions?

Win7 requires upgrade to latest version of Dragon Nov 11, 2010

Thanks for the help received on and offline on this topic.

It turns out Windows 7 does not support DNS 9.5 and an upgrade is required. Caveat emptor.
