DNS 10 and Office2010

Does anybody know if they are compatible or if you have to download an update?
How do you add an extra language to DNS. I have the Dutch preferred version, which comes with EN,FR,DE and I would like to add the Spanish language module.

is all I found, but its obviously an existing and unsolved problem of this program version.
