Can Dragon speak Slovenian?

Hello,
can Dragon speak Slovenian and how can I teach him to do that?
Should I add words daily so that I fill up the words database?

Dragon is available in various languages See

http://www.nuance.com/naturallyspeaking/international/

but does not (yet) support Slovenian.

You cannot teach Dragon a language - the language has to be built into its dictionaries.
