I have t choose a title for my degree thesis about Cat tools: it concerns an analysis of Winalign and alignment problems. I would be very happy to receive your help! Thank you!

Why not simply something like : "CAT Tools : WinAlign and alignment issues" ? Or ist too simplist ?
