How to translate *.XML file with Transit XV Professional?

I have
one *.XML file (to translate) and
one *.ini file with settings for Trados Tageditor.
I want to use Star Transit for this translation.
When importing the project, I get the error message: "[Segmentation] The segmentation failed. Check the rules for errors."

How can I handle this situation? How to use this *.ini file in Transit?
